Really bad. Off slow and no threat. But he warmed up pre-race without a pony this time. ;)

Richmond Street, by Street Cry out of Z's half-sister Where's Bailey, finished sixth in his debut in R6 at Gulfstream today. He is a full brother to GSW She's Not Here.

Just realized that Majesto (Tiznow), runner-up to Nyquist in the Florida Derby, is a half to two grade I winners: Meadow Breeze (Meadowlake) and Overanalyze (Dixie Union).

If anyone wants a fancy bred gelding Mahoning Valley is the place to be.

Just on the 9th you can pick up Tariff (Pulpit x Toll by Giant's Causeway) for $5,000. Toll is a winning daughter of Yell.
He started 20 times last year

And if that's not enough, you can also grab fellow Claiborne bred, Revere (Awesome Again x Praise by Mr. Prospector) or D'Ario (Medaglia d'Oro x Rose Tiara by St. Jovite) second dam is Princess Rooney. They are both in for $4,000.

Sad to see some of these blue blooded boys running at the bottom. I suppose they can't all be good ones.

Aces High, a horse I own part of and am kinda in love with, won an AOC last night at Evangeline. He's not a world-beater or anything, but he's one of only three horses I'm a partner in, so when he visits the winner's circle it's happy-dance time. He's run some decent races in the past (a career-high Beyer of 98 when he broke his maiden by 14 3/4 lengths). He was 2nd to Race Day when that one broke his maiden in the very first race on Keeneland's new dirt surface when they unveiled it in Fall 2014 :D

Aces High is out of Lambert Point, a half-sister to Point Given, so I'll just pretend he belongs in this thread

Years ago someone on this forum told me I would never be able to name horses after popularity songs due to JCGC reg.

I'm glad your horse proved me right BL.

We also have a horse named Storm Temple Pilot (Temple City x Launchastorm, so she did come by her name in legit fashion  ) and Sunshine Daydream (the refrain from Grateful Dead's 'Sugar Magnolia') :D

Congrats on your win with Aces High. I hope I will be able to own a racehorse someday, even if it's just a claimer.

Congratulations, BlindLucky! It's a big thrill to watch your horse cross that finish line first, no matter the level of the race.

The first starter by Lentenor is entered in the 2nd at Keeneland Sunday. Macy's Attitude (Lentenor - Pulsatilla, by Gone West) is a 2 year old filly bred by Calumet and sold for $1,000 at KEESEP 2015 yearling sale.

Truly Together (Smart Strike x Forever Together) just won the 5th at Keeneland, a nine furlong allowance on the grass, by a whisker.

Ashland Stakes winner Weep No More's second dam is Kentucky Oaks winner Flute.

Trojan Nation, second in the Wood Memorial, is out of champion 2yo filly Storm Song.

Spahny posted about the impressive debut of American Freedom for Baffert today in another thread. The son of Pulpit is a half to Breeders' Cup Dirt Mile runner-up Gottcha Gold.

Give me even money on him first time routing and I'll put up my maximum win wager.
