Akhlaaq won race #1 at Morphettville in Australia, gate to wire easily by 4 lengths under wraps. His race record is now 2-1-0-0. His debut race was a G3 !!! His connections must have thought a lot of him to throw him in there on his first start. He's owned by Shadwell Stud.

Wicked Strong 3rd in Remsen, gaining on both the leaders right at the end. One diminishing length behind Honor Code and Cairo Prince. Nice race by Wicked Strong off a maiden win. He is now G2 placed with a record of 3-1-1-1.

The official results indicate that Wicked Strong was a HALF length behind the first two and 2 1/4 lengths ahead of the next horse. So, he was even closer than I originally thought. And he was getting closer. Very encouraging.

Maquita Elaine finished 1st and Dream Spinner finished 3rd in a blanket finish in Race #1 at Remington Park yesterday. All three top finishers were heads apart. Dream Spinner had a very wide trip throughout and took over on the far turn, but just got caught.

Gun Rule won at Pioneer Park in Australia. His record is now 10-1-1-0. It seems the answer was to stop running him in maiden races. As soon as they did that he won. He also beat the horse that beat him in his last race.

Couldn't find a race replay. Usual sources don't follow racing in the Northern Territory.
