Looking at the speckles of grey hair on the Havre de Grace filly's face, especially around the eyes, makes me think that she's going to end up looking like her sire.

Timber Town has referred to Groupie Doll's filly as a chestnut. I don't see anything that strongly indicates she'll turn grey.

Full Brother to Shared Belief Foaled

Common Hope, the dam of ill-fated Shared Belief, produced a full brother to the 2013 champion 2-year-old male on March 19 at Sancal Racing at Elmendorf Farm near Lexington.

The farm reported the 148-pound Candy Ride colt took his first steps about an hour after being born and that "both mare and foal were doing well and that he looks very classy. Healthy.

the "grey maybe?" was in reference to HdG's foal, not GD's
