She was SO much the best...finished lengths ahead of the 2nd horse, geared down.
The nearly all-white filly is a stunner.

Untapable's full brother, Taprize, debuts on Saturday:

I didn't realize that Paddy O'Prado was a half to Untapable. Their dam, Fun House, is one helluva broodmare. I hope she has another good one in Taprize.

For all those still wondering: per the new LA Times article on Zenyatta, her filly died after another weanling crashed into her during play and broke her back.
Once upon a time there was a horse named Kelso.

that's just too sad - I never heard the reason - but that's just awful - poor sweet little girl - ah she was so lovely - had such a sweet spirit about her at such a young age - will forever be sorry about this tragedy.

Up until this article was published, all we were ever told was "paddock accident". From the Lane's End comments, it's clear it's changed these people. They literally watched it happen and there was nothing they could do.luvsgeldings wrote:that's just too sad - I never heard the reason - but that's just awful - poor sweet little girl - ah she was so lovely - had such a sweet spirit about her at such a young age - will forever be sorry about this tragedy.

That's so terribly sad. I admit I did wonder just what had happened, but that never occurred to me in my wildest dreams, nightmares.Life At Zen wrote:For all those still wondering: per the new LA Times article on Zenyatta, her filly died after another weanling crashed into her during play and broke her back.
