She was SO much the best...finished lengths ahead of the 2nd horse, geared down.
The nearly all-white filly is a stunner.

I didn't realize that Paddy O'Prado was a half to Untapable. Their dam, Fun House, is one helluva broodmare. I hope she has another good one in Taprize.

A Shin Himawari(USA), 2013F. Uncle Mo(USA) x Home From Oz(USA)(full to Tapit), won in her debut impressively by 7 lengths going 1800m dirt Newcomer at Kyoto 4R Feb 20th 2016.

For all those still wondering: per the new LA Times article on Zenyatta, her filly died after another weanling crashed into her during play and broke her back.

that's just too sad - I never heard the reason - but that's just awful - poor sweet little girl - ah she was so lovely - had such a sweet spirit about her at such a young age - will forever be sorry about this tragedy.

Up until this article was published, all we were ever told was "paddock accident". From the Lane's End comments, it's clear it's changed these people. They literally watched it happen and there was nothing they could do.

He scratched because the race was taken off turf.

That's so terribly sad. I admit I did wonder just what had happened, but that never occurred to me in my wildest dreams, nightmares.
