So that's where Workforce got his funky head.

SRO still has Harlington listed at Hill n Dale- no export as of yet, still waiting to see where he is. If anyone knows anything- please feel free to PM with any info- will keep it on the QT until the official announcement is made- I get so wrapped up in the welfare of Serena's babies- and further down the line.

He could have been a good source of stamina and a nice outcross for all the Mr. P and A.P. Indy bloodlines if he had stood at stud here. Never would have happened in a million years, though.

Todays breeders have small greedy shortsighted brains. They don't realize why we still revere the great breeders of the past. It is because they made bold decisions and created legacies that improved the breed. True sportsmen/women they were. Todays breeders, if they are remembered, will be remembered at how they harmed the breed in the U.S..ThreeMustangs wrote:He could have been a good source of stamina and a nice outcross for all the Mr. P and A.P. Novellist is a good-looking boy, and may be a very good outcross for all the Sunday Silence-line mares. It also looks like the Japanese have added another nearly-black stallion to their genetics. Wonder if they're trying to create a uniquely all-black strain of Thoroughbred?

It looks very nice, the owners seem to be very hands on and involved- good luck!

Maybe that's just a bad photo...but I think I'd keep him as a riding horse. Of course, being a half to Treve just made him way too valuable to stay a school horse.

Perhaps his bloodlines...and a kind personality...made it attractive to keep him intact. And maybe he was being aimed toward dressage, where stallions often shine.

Trevimix does have a lot of bone, decent hip/shoulder, I'm sure if they stood him up properly he wouldn't look that bad.

That appears to be his favorite thing... stick his head all the way out and chew on whatever's in front of him. Not exactly a conformation shot, but I gave up when he wouldn't stop playingamfuller wrote:I know he's not on duty anymore but...
