Glad to see that Nasa was a nice winner at Oaklawn on 2/11
Looks like they found a nice spot for him.
Looks like he has a future in smaller stakes.
Oaklawn was good for Smarty -- may be good for Nasa as well.

Smarty Jones FB Page (there's a video on the page too)
https://www.facebook.com/smarty.jones/
I'll Show Them (2006 gelding, Smarty Jones - Top Rung by Seattle Slew) is officially retired. Bred in Florida by Glen Hill Farm, I'll Show Them retired with a record of 14-7-7 in 47 career starts with earnings of $243,909. Only one other Smarty (Run Smart One) had more wins. I'll Show Them's new human is Jen Roytz and she now has him at a rehab facility to begin retraining for a new career in retirement. Jen says that I'll Show Them is in "great shape" and she thanks trainer Charlie Livers for his excellent care while I'll Show Them was in Charlie's barn--it was very clear that Charlie had a special bond with I'll Show Them. Jen also wishes to thank Amanda at Canter KY for her help in coordinating the transfer. Jen, I am sure, will keep all of us posted on I'll Show Them's progress! Congratulations, Jen! We wish Charlie Livers all the best, too! What a happy story!
Trainer Charlie Livers walks I'll Show Them to van for the trip to his new home. It looks like a long good-bye and we're appreciative of the care I'll Show Them received while he was with Charlie.
