Both have strong female families, although Summer Front's might be a little bit more strong ???
Jack Milton is cheaper too ($6500 compared to $10,000). Unless his legs are screwed on backwards, he's definitely a good price. And he's a G1 winner.

-- from uma-furusato.com news (Dec 18th)
Eskendereya(USA), 2007H. Giant's Causeway(USA) x Aldebaran Light(USA) by Seattle Slew(USA), has arrived this morning at JBBA Shizunai Stallion Station, Hokkaido, Japan.
Please visit http://uma-furusato.com/news/detail/_id_83373 for full-size picks of Eskendereya!
Shingo Nakanishi, stud manager at JBBA, commented;
''I'm relieved that he is in great shape after a long journey. His sire Giant's Causeway is one the most successful sons of Storm Cat. So, Eskendereya should nick with Sunday Silence line broodmares in Japan. His reputation is on the rise with his progeny's success in overseas, too.''
He is said to have already received 100+ applications from breeders in Japan.

I showed my hunter riding friend that picture and she said "my dream horse". I laughed and said "he's all of our dream horse".Horsebagger wrote:My favorite stallion, bar none.Starine wrote:MDO really is a magnificent specimen.

Four-time G1 winner Campanologist has died due to colic. He was only 10. His first crop are yearlings. He was standing at stud in Germany.

That's a terrible shame; he was one of the last Kingmambo's and his damside wasn't shabby either.ThreeMustangs wrote:Four-time G1 winner Campanologist has died due to colic. He was only 10. His first crop are yearlings. He was standing at stud in Germany.

Araki is known as a farm which takes care of many retired horses.
Araki works together with the Retired Horse Association in Japan.
It sounds like they are still looking for supports and his final home.

The RHA tried to find a way to send Scan back to the states.
But they feel it difficult because Scan is too old to make that long trip.

"Hopefully after the Gravesend, they'll put him on the van and we'll get him in time for the January sale," he said. "We've already got around 125 mares to him and nobody's even seen him yet."
