He was one of my favorite stallions. I just noticed that he sired back to back Breeders Cup Turf Mile winners with Karakontie (JPN) winning last year and Tepin winning this year. Also of some interest, both of them are in the same crop. I got me to thinking, are there any other stallions that have sired two BC winners in the same crop?

There has to be with the number of stallions who've sired multiple BC winners.
Here's the BC stats sire page with all the BC sires if anyone is feeling ambitious

Edit - Just glancing through I see More Than Ready sired the winners of both Juvenile Turf races in 2010 with Pluck and More Than Real.
Street Cry had Street Sense and Zenyatta from the same crop.

I think this might be the biggest difference in winners. A winner of the dirt sprint and filly & mare turf going long on the grass in the same crop. Really showed some versatility there.Flanders wrote:Awesome Again - Wilko and Round Pond
