a little late, but Peggy Grieves Me, Smarty's granddaughter, WON by 7 3/4 lengths at Camarero on 9-24!!!!!!!!

QUASAR-Smarty's grandson- WON the Indian St. Leger G1 Stakes today by 4 lengths and broke the course record by 3 seconds!!!!!!

Quasar is #2 enjoy!

Hawaiana (URU) broke her maiden going 1100m at Maronas on 9/27. Nice looking filly, very game win. She's now 6-1-1-2 lifetime. I've linked the El Turf article and the race replay.

Thank you neighhey-I just found out- that was Smarty's 900th win as a sire!!! thanks Hawaiana!!!!! and she really toughed this one out!!!!!! she is truly a Smarty!!!!

Hessenheffer (URU) just finished 3rd in the 1st at Maronas, an 1100m maiden race. He finished 4th in his debut on 9/20. (BTW, Maronas has a really nice live feed, which you probably already knew, but in case you didn't here is the link: http://www.maronas.com.uy/transmision-en-vivo)

There are 2 more Smarty colts going today at Maronas, both in the 5th, My Birthday (URU) and Hank Chinaski (URU).

Thanks neighhey, just saw it on Smarty's F/B-guess I must have missed a race, the F/B said he was the first 3-time winner in Uruguay! I missed the race, was working and forgot the time-I hope there will be a replay somewhere. But Hank is awesome and gorgeous just like his papa!
