2014 Matings sounds to me like "2014 matings for 2015 foals".Lakeway wrote:I think the title should be 2013 Matings (for 2014 foals) ???

This post has nothing to do with matings, but . . . it does contain the number 14!
To be precise, photo of $14+M on the hoof: Havre de Grace chasing Plum Pretty at her farm: https://twitter.com/moonwalker24/status ... 72/photo/1

Grace passed her. She is the dominant in that pair.second_glance wrote:This post has nothing to do with matings, but . . . it does contain the number 14!

Possible 2014 match up. That's how we found out about Zenyatta before it was "officially" announced so I guess we will wait and see if this is correct.
"Last month, down at Claiborne, War Front's groom indicated Havre de Grace was on Mr. Front's dance card for 2014...he did say that it was only "rumored." Let's wait and see."

I'd say Mandy Pope likes War Front. She paid over $5 mil for a mare i/f to him. Granted, she was mostly buying the mare, but still.amfuller wrote:Possible 2014 match up. That's how we found out about Zenyatta before it was "officially" announced so I guess we will wait and see if this is correct.

Hoping someone with the new DRF+ access can help me. There was a post yesterday by Jay Privman titled "Hollywood Park notes: Teddy's Promise nearing start of broodmare career".
I have followed this mare during her racing career and would love to know what the article says, especially if they plan to run her more before retiring her (title of article seems to suggest this) and whether they mentioned what stallion she'll be bred to?
Thanks...
