I have to admit that I'm disappointed that the Havre de Grace filly didn't show up for sale this year. I'd heard that Mandy Pope may've changed her mind about selling and was keeping this one. Selfishly, I wanted to see her being shown and then the resulting fireworks from her sale. Would've been something. ;-)

But imagine next year if she and AP's full brother go through the same sales ring! Wow would that be a sale!

The Manitoba Yearling sale was held this past weekend and 19/30 yearlings sold for an average of $5,476 :lol:

The highest bid was $19,500 on a Gayego filly but she was bought back by the consignor.

Poor little dude. Well, from the knees/hocks up he's at least half 'cute'....

Do you think he had contracted tendons as a foal? I guess the conformation requirements to get into KeeSept. are pretty loose...

Yikes!!! And I planned on seeing her tomorrow. I took some photos today, but they are crappy cell pictures that don't really do these horses justoce
