I got a soft spot the size of Texas for War Emblem, so seeing him look like he's well cared for and comfortable warms my heart. Thanks for sharing!
You are welcome, Insane Crazy. :D
Agreed, he looks so normal, haha!!
And these photos warmed my heart, too!!! 8-)

''Peetaro'', who had visited War Emblem earlier this year and taken pictures of his, wrote in his blog;
''With his handsome features, jet-black body and progeny records, War Emblem is truly a perfect stallion except that he is not interested in mares.'' (Thank you for the photos, ''Peetaro''!!)

Kind of a shame AI can't be used...
Give me that short lead, give me that win by a nose, get them all home safely!

Going by what I understand, AI wouldn't help at all. He isn't interested in mounting anything. You would need him to mount something, a dummy or a mare, to collect him.

This.

He doesn't appear to be interested in mares at all, even attacking some of mares put in front of him. To get him to breed, you need to get him 'excited' - which he doesn't seem to be.

Wonder if something's wrong with his sense of smell? That would seem to be pretty important, if true, in the grand scheme of things.

Doesn't have any problem cleaning his feed tub, does he?
Seriously, he's a strong, handsome horse who looks like he could bestow some excellent bone on his offspring.

The only nitpicking I can do on Cape Blanco is I'd like a cleaner throatlatch.

He is stunning.

Having seen Cape Blanco in person a few times, I'll say the only thing really wrong with him is his terrible feet.

In a thoroughbred, it seems that feet might be kinda important.

Yeah, those front hooves look a bit like they're built up/being held together. Other than that (and "that" is a concern) he is a good looking guy. Love the bone.

Fed Biz is very attractive, but he has "toothpick" legs.
He's had Enough doesn't appeal to me, too heavy, short neck.
Daddy Nose Best, yikes, what an ankle he has, but okay looking.

Fed Biz is very pleasing to the eye. Not perfect but dang, what a balanced dude overall. Kind of cute looking with that little head, too.
Not a wholesome trottin' race, no, but a race where they sit down right on the horse!
Like to see some stuck-up jockey boy sittin' on Dan Patch? Make your blood boil? Well, I should say!

Fed Biz is gorgeous. As far as his legs looking 'toothpicky,' I know I've seen thinner. :P
He raced through his 5th year and, IIRC, retired sound. I like Giant's Causeway as a sire, but I really love that Fed Biz is out of a Wild Again mare. Wild Again may have been one of the toughest, hardest-trying racehorses I've seen.
