It's not about not wanting to know. It's about not being able to insure against infertility if you already do know. That seems an odd thing for either party to want in the contract. What would be the logic in not wanting to know? I mean, we're not talking about sentimental parents-to-be deciding to not have the doc tell them the sex of their baby so they can be surprised.
