Three horses went down.
Please tell me that everyone is OK!!

There has been no update on the horses, although the guys on TVG have said they are seeking information. The two jocks who were involved (and it appears that there were two horses, one who may have broken down, and a second who fell over that horse) seem to be OK. In fact, Manuel Franco rode in the next race, finishing second.

I hate when horses get hurt .

Princes on the Lake broke down and was euthanized per the chart, I haven't heard anything about the other horse.

Other horse was vanned with mild lameness

Per Equibase, Princes on Thelake previously raced last Wednesday, which makes it two races in 8 days. Last year, she got the winter off, after breaking her maiden in Sept and then coming in 5th in her following race (SOC), in October. Poor girl.
