Admire Don (Timber Country - Vega, by Tony Bin) died September 23, 2022 according to the KRA Stud Book.

Admire Don was a 3x champion in Japan (juvenile, older dirt horse) and was a 1/2 sibling of champion Admire Vega. Their dam was also a champion filly.

He had been standing in South Korea since 2011.

He is the sire of several GSWs in Japan and one G3W in Korea.

2009 Czech Triple Crown Winner and Horse of the Year AGE OF JAPE was euthanized December 22, 2022 due to ongoing health problems.

Foaled in Poland, he won stakes in Italy, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic. He was a winner on flat and hurdle.

5yo Suzysellsseashells (Oxbow - Surf City Susie, by Old Trieste), 8/30/22 at Charles Town. Pneumonia, Pouch Infection.

6yo U Know I B Lion (American Lion - It's a Fact, by Is It True), 11/23/22 at Charles Town. Sudden death post race.

not sure if this has already been posted here, but i learned that Triple Vodka, the QH stallion with a prosthestic leg, was put down in October due to colic. Paulick Report made an article on him.

per the JC, Summer is Tomorrow (Summer Front) has died. no idea what happened as it doesn't seem to have been reported anywhere, but he didn't work after his KYD run.

Summer Is Tomorrow (2017 - 2022)

The horse's death was confirmed via email by owner Michael Hilary Burke, who campaigned Summer Is Tomorrow with Negar Burke. Though he did not have details on how it occurred, Michael Burke said Summer Is Tomorrow suffered fractures in both hips, and the injuries led the colt to be euthanized.

While searching through the stud book on Nzracing I just noticed that Sun Ruler(AUS) died on the 12th February.Now there is only Sunalta(AUS) as the only offspring of Sunline still alive.

what a sad epilogue she was unfairly handed. died fairly young from the nightmare L word, only had i think 4 foals? only one still with us, and the oldest would have been "only" 19.
