However there's posts from July about Catalina Cruiser being sold. Blood horse and other thoroughbred news things are astronomically slow it seems with certain things

French Passport, dam of Randomized. They said she died in a paddock accident in the article about her yearling filly selling. She doesn't have a death report so I'm not sure if it was 2023 or 2024 but I'm just going to put this here.

Champion Vermilion(JPN)(El Condor Pasa) died of colic at Northern Horse Park on Sep 12th 2024.

Zed(NZ) died due to colic, he was 22.He is well known as the sire of Melbourne Cup winner Verry Elleegant.

He has a very interesting story,he started at stud at Little Avondale stud then got sold to Erewhon Station in the South Island to be bred to Clydesdale mares and then his progeny started winning and was brought back to Grangewilliam Stud.

I've seen some TB/clydesdale crosses pop up on sale ads before but what is the exact purpose of this cross? How popular is it?

They are popular in New Zealand especially in the high country,hunt fields and even eventing

my friend lost his dog Repede very unexpectedly monday. Teo woke up, Repede did not. he didn't even get to say goodbye.
been a rough week for us. not a horse or a dog anyone knew but we are still struggling w the loss and i at least wanted Repede to be remembered best he can be.

I’m sorry to hear about Repede. The only time they break our hearts is when they leave us.

G2W gelding Outbox (Frankel × Emirates Queen) died after a race in Sweden yesterday. He raced in Britain, Sweden, France, Qatar and America. He was 9.

2xW Eirik Ridge (Tonalist × Great South Bay) was euthanized at Ruffian Hospital due to colic that did not respond to therapy, 09/13/2024.

Can't believe I somehow missed that AP sired a 3xG1W in Australia that included a win two Derbies. RIP.
