Perfect Drift looks really good physically. Walking "tall" and "proud".
Time flies. PD is 14 yrs :shock:

I remember going to see him at Del Mar for the '04 Pacific Classic when he ran 2nd to the awesome Pleasantly Perfect. Perfect Drift was so nasty before the race while getting saddled.
I wonder if he still has that edge to him.

I've only ever seen him since retirement, and always at the museum paddock at Churchill Downs. Maybe retirement has mellowed him, because I've seen him more than once stand there and fall asleep while his groom pulled on his tongue :D
