RESULTS PER CATALINA @ TBRF

A good start was had by all and they’re off in the Derby Fever Stakes, the first BOTS card of the month.
DUSTY surges to the front, with THUNDER CAT, CATALINA, TIGER DANCER, BLUNNY and defending champion CIGARSHOP in hot pursuit. RUFFIAN and CRUZAN trail the field.

DUSTY continues to increase her lead on the backstretch, but coming into the final turn, CATALINA is making her move and easily takes over the lead, followed by BLUNNY and THUNDERCAT.

TIGER DANCER rebreaks in the stretch but then is unable to sustain the effort.

At the wire it’s CATALINA by half a length, then BLUNNY, THUNDER CAT, and DUSTY manages to hang on for fourth.

Then there is a length and a half gap to TIGER DANCER, defending champion CIGARSHOP,
and CRUZAN, with RUFFIAN trailing the field.
