Question on Outs- can a consigned pull a horse late in the sale because they are watching sale and see that other horses by that stallion not selling well or for other reasons? I noticed that hip 125 was an RNA for Arrogate at 70k then it seemed that hips 158 and 266 were Outs. I did not see them listed in the report of Outs originally on the webpage.
