Just to be clear, are these foals that will be born in 2020, or foals that will be born in 2021? I would assume the latter?

2021 foals. Lake Ponchatrain has been retired and is already booked to California Chrome to breed in 2020.

No Nay Never is now getting the 'A' Team mares from Coolmore. What a future that boy has ahead of him.

Coolmore have to be relieved at his success. Their broodmare band being so saturated with Galileo and Danehill doesn’t give them a whole lot of options from their own roster.

Coolmore may end up stacked with good Scat Daddy sons. With No Nay Never, Caravaggio, Mendelssohn and Justify, they've invested in SC's line pretty deeply. Coolmore also had Souix Nation, but I'm not sure he's standing at one of their farms. :?

I think Sioux Nation is in Australia. Whoops, it is Saxon Warrior that is in Australia.

Sioux Nation stands at Coolmore Ireland and when in Australia he stands at Swettenham Stud in Victoria.

Is it wise for a stud farm to stand so many sons of one stallion? Obviously Scat Daddy is a sire of sires, but won’t they have the same issue they have with Galileo in a X years?

Sioux Nation was also the most popular new British and Irish Stallion this year...at 241 mares. Order of St. George had a higher number but he is being marketed as a jumps stallion.

~ I like headlines like this because it makes me think stuff like "wow they're getting married" and then I remember they're horses.

The undisclosed partnership who bought Belvoir Bay haven't decided anything concrete, but have suggested Medaglia d'Oro and American Pharoah as options. They're also thinking about sending her to Europe and using their stallions

However, they also have another...interesting idea. Quarter horses do not require live cover, and mares can produce multiple foals a year via embryo transfer. Apparently they're also thinking about that. I have mixed feelings on this.
