BRISnet issues?

Anybody else having trouble with BRISnet? Whenever I try to look at a Pedigree Report, I just get a screen with 'Return to Menu', 'Save to File' and 'Print', but no pedigree.
I emailed tech support, but probably won't hear anything until Tuesday. Until then, I guess I have to rely on Equineline.
<whine> But BRISnet is so much easier to navigate! You know, when it works.

Its not working for me.
Equineline has updated recently and you can click on any horse in the first 3 generations of the pedigree and it will take you to their pedigree. I've never really used Brisnet so I don't know if theirs functions that way or not. I always use Equineline because it shows auction results on the pages as well.

I like BRISnet because if you use the pedigree search, it'll also show you the horse's race record (if available). Of course, APR does that, too (and it had better be good at $275 a year!). I'll see if I get a response from tech support and go from there. Maybe it's just a glitch.
Equineline is pretty nice. I just don't use it as much.

Brisnet still wasn't working last night and I got an e-mail from tech support this morning that says they're working on the problem.
It's frustrating because I'm doing research and some of the horses aren't in Equibase, but are in Brisnet, or are in Equibase with no race record and have a race record in Brisnet.
Guess I'll just have to wait.

It is frustrating. At least APR works. If you don't have a subscription, I can look up horses for you.

I'm annoyed that I can't access their stallion directory. Hope they have the issue resolved soon.

I still haven't been able to access their stallion directory, was wondering if it is just my computer/connection, or if it's like that for everybody?
