Fireworks at Tattersalls Sale (Oct)

Dubawi filly highest priced yearling sold at public auction this year for 2.1 million guineas ($3,373,650) On October 7th. 3 others surpassed the 1 million guineas ($1,606,500)
The day before that a Galileo filly sold for 1.3 million ($2,067,429) guineas as the sale topper for the opening session with a Galileo colt (out of a Green Desert!!! mare) sold for 1.25 million guineas ($1,987,913).

The only War Front (lot 411) in the sales sold to the China Horse Club for 775 000 gns (1,244,252$).

Fireworks for a Street Cry filly (lot 439) out of a Danehill mare who goes from 800 000 gns (1,284,389$ US)

Cape Cross colt out of a Saddler's Well mare only went for 50 000 gns (RNA?) Wonder what was wrong with him... or maybe his dam...

I saw the photo of the Dubawi filly in that Bloodhorse article, and she is stunning.
I can't wait to see the foal out of the Treve - Dubawi mating.

Gorgeous confo though something a little strange about her eye - I think it may just be the angle of the photo though. My favourite shade of bay though :D

Today's topper was the aforementioned Street Cry filly. And that concludes book 1!
