I'll stick to the positives and the good deals (and stay away from negatives, we have enough of that):

Animal Kingdom $35,000 - Great physical, raced successfully on all 3 surfaces, talented, speed and stamina. What's not to like? If all else fails, he'll be a great addition Down Under.

Data Link $7500 - like this horse a lot. Hoping he gets some good mares.

Flat Out $10k - Not too many like him these days. He was a helluva racehorse, stayed in training a long time. Good looking. I really hope he is successful.

Fort Larned $15k - Carried his speed a long way. I think Adena is a great fit for him and I like the price. I expect him to be a good sire.

Justin Phillip $12,500 - I don't see a negative about this horse. Great physical, fast, sound, and his sire is HOT.

Point of Entry $25k - Not sure what to make of him. Think he could be a fantastic sire, or be a bust. We never got to see the best of him (IMO), he was SO good, that injury last year was devastating. Adena Springs really gives their stallions a chance.

I also really like Bridgetown at $4500, Freedom Child at $3500 and Smiling Tiger at $5000.

I think Justin Phillip, Kettle Corn and Trinneberg are the best bangs for the buck on that list.

With all due respect to Shanghai Bobby, that price seems high.

I loved Corfu and he's cheap at that price but I wish he had run longer to see what he was actually made of.

I had to look up Kibbutznik to see what $7500 would get you. He retired with 5 starts, still a maiden, in a $25k claimer at Timonium. By El Prado out of a Friendly Lover mare (had to look him up, too). Just not sure who is going to spend $7500 for that in KY, but maybe I'm missing something?

SOLDAT seems to be a value at $5000

GSW at 2 and 3 on dirt and turf.
Son of War Front.

Beat To Honor and Serve & Shackleford when winning G2 Fountain of Youth.
2nd in BC Juv Turf.

:D
Perhaps because he is by sire of sires El Prado, they can justify it? Friendly Lover was at Adena for awhile, nice outcross pedigree, and sound as a dollar. Didn't amount to much as a stallion. I worked with one of his babies and she was NUTSO.

Another horse I think might be a good sire (at least regionally) is Flashpoint.

This guy is actually by Unbridled's Song.

On another note, I was pretty impressed with Violence when I went to go see him. It sounds like they've had no issues getting him mares either. Looking for that El Prado line to continue with this one.

For me Taylor Made have two very exciting and well priced sires in Graydar and Oxbow.

One horse not on the list who I think will be popular is The Lumber Guy at only $5000.

Flat Out and Fort Larned stand out to me as value!

I think Paynter is the one that stands out to me as over priced though. Yes he was nice, but not worth $25k, $10-15k at most I would say.

I recently saw a picture of Currency Swap and thought he was a very nice looking horse. Can anyone post his picture since I am computer illiterate?

I hope Duke of Mischief does well. He's certainly paid his dues on the racetrack.
