He looks like the kid who found his mom's scissors and decided to give him/herself bangs.
Not a good look.

California Chrome having a hair day . He is thriving in Japan. It's remarkable to realize that Chrome will turn 10 next year.

After as fat as LE kept Indy most of his life, even with his foot issues, you'd think they'd try and manage some stallion's weight a bit better. He's chunky and cresty for sure.
You can't tell me they couldn't have these guys on a walker each day for some fitness, if they don't have time or staff to hand walk them.

Guess he's an easy keeper .
I've seen videos of Coolmore Ireland, Darley Dalham Hall, Juddmonte Banstead Manor, etc. taking their stallions for 5km handwalks everyday, Shadai shows videos of their stallions getting lunged every day, Winstar rides (at least some) of their stallions in Western getup, Three Chimneys stallions get ridden out around their paddocks... do Lane's End stallions get exercised?

Never seen a chain across the front of the face, especially when it's already in their mouths, I guess he must be spicy to handle, though in my time hotwalking the next step after chain in the mouth then across/under the chin would have been just a straight up lip chain.
