In other sale news, WinStar Farm, which will offer a consignment of racing-age horses at the Nov. 11 session, scratched grade II winner and sire Cowtown Cat after the 10-year-old stallion reared up, flipped over, and hit his head at Keeneland Monday morning.

"He is stable at Rood and Riddle and has no skull fracture," WinStar president and chief executive Elliott Walden said Monday afternoon. "Glad he's OK. We're appreciative of all the thoughts and prayers."

Cowtown Cat is a son of Distorted Humor and the winning Storm Cat mare Tom's Cat. A two-time graded winner, he also is the sire of 2014 grade III winner (and grade II-placed) Calgary Cat and grade III-placed Dreaming of Susie, among other stakes performers.

I saw him at Hill 'N' Dale about two years ago, but honestly, I'd forgotten he was there until they brought him out.
Yeah- he isnt exactly setting the world on fire- has some good horses- like Uzziel and Argyle Cut. His daughter - Srta. Aleidy C- is the toast of Camarero (Puerto Rico)- has won graded stakes there. Just found out recently he has a stakes placed winner in India of all places- and has some in Korea- one which was doing well- but I can remember his name off the top of my head. In Kentucky, the name of the game is get that big horse in your first 2 crops or a move happens.
Sold for 90K to a buyer for Saudi interests. Several photos of him on Twitter.

Saw that- had a feeling he was headed that way. Serena now only has one son still in the US - Stormberg- who last I knew was still working out, but was offered for sale and was an out last time- will have to search some more on that. Grand Reward is in Argentina, Arbitrare is in Mexico and Schramsberg is in Canada. If someone can link the Twitter pics, would love to see them. Also, he apparently has something wrong with one of his eyes, which they said doesn't really affect him- did anyone here what that was?

Oh, Spark Candle is in Japan, haven't heard anything about him in awhile, hasn't raced for almost 2 years? Colorful Score is in Dubai, and sporadically shows up on entries at Meydan.

The guy I know could only go to $70,000, unfortunately, or he would have gone to Ohio :(

Oh, was wondering about that- would have done well there, IMO.
