Inns of Court has the butt and built of a yearling

Inns of Court is 6yo but he really looks like a yearling. And can they stop cutting out the background I really don't like it!

I think its an illusion because he isn't standing on flat ground. Its not a lot of difference but its enough that if it was flat his withers and hip are at the same height. I used a photo editing program and put grid lines on to see. I don't know if that would make him look completely right but it would definitely fix the butt high problem.
