Paddy O'Prado is no longer listed on the Spendthrift website either, but I don't know where he's headed.

Gone to Turkey w/ Corinthian
Interestingly, not to the TJK national stud. Evicmen is a private family-run farm that was just founded in 2015. They currently stand Toccet and Justenuffhumor along with the Turkish stallion Dutyfree.

Their facilities seem alright at least, from their website. http://www.evcimenharasi.com/

So if I'm converting right, it was 1.49.7 for essentially a mile and an eighth... he looked very professional, IMO, rated well and had a great drive at the finish.

The funniest part to me was that the flashy Orfevre gets his first winner with a record-breaking performance from a plain-brown-wrapper solid bay colt.

I know some have said they don't like Orfevre's mane/the luscious locks that Japan's stars seem to have, but I think it's great

Me too, especially since the color of his mane is a gorgeous strawberry blonde. I know he's a chestnut, but it's an unusual chestnut that seems to edge close to palomino. :)

American Pharoah has arrived in Australia. I saw it on instagram. He's in quarantine in Melbourne for a couple weeks and will then travel to the hunter valley

California Chrome has arrived in Chile. While the farm looks very nice, and his paddock is amazing, I am not a fan of walking a horse in a strange place in the dark with a vehicle following behind, could end in a disaster. While they might do this with their horses, who are familiar with the routine/farm all the time, taking a horse to a new/unfamiliar environment, and leading him down a dark road, with only headlights for illumination seems like you are asking for trouble.

I was waiting for this. We had to pull a mare from him this season because he was foundering.

First of all I am sick over City Zips passing he was a favorite. Secondly I don't know why I bother reading the comments on the Chrome page. "He does not know Spanish" "where is his groom from Taylor made he misses his groom" "he misses Raul"....really? I'm sure in a new place, with new smells and lots of lovely ladies to breed he isn't even thinking about Raul and I'm pretty sure Raul probably spoke Spanish to him too...he's fine...they have video of Chrome on the horse van and people were all up in arms over that saying it wasn't a safe van to ship him in. I know they care about him but I mean....common sense?

Ditto. I got swallowed up in those comments when I just went looking for pictures. They are so fucking clueless it's nauseating.
Once upon a time there was a horse named Kelso.

It looks like they are walking him from one barn on the property to another... should they have trailered him? It didn't look like he was in any danger whatsoever, if you lit the path you're in the wrong, but if you don't you're also in the wrong. Maybe they'll install some streetlights for Chrome.
