Love that damp baby!
Bodemeister should be called the Chromeister (for now, anyway). :D
I ran marathons. I saw the Taj Mahal by Moonlight. I drove Highway 1 in a convertible. I petted Zenyatta.

Was just trolling around the BC Noms site and found out that an old Ohio favorite, Pay The Man (now owned by Calumet) gave birth to a colt by Oxbow. I was surprised to see the gender was already listed, does anyone know how long that information usually takes to trickle in?

You're supposed to file a Live Foal Report with the JC within the first few days of birth (not that everyone does). The sex of the foal is included on the report. So as soon as the JC (and sites that are hooked into them like BC and Equineline) have notice that the foal exists, the sex is listed.

10+ years ago, the BC Noms tool did not show the sex info right away. It's improved!

Does it seem like a Lot of filly foals this year? A few years ago it seemed like all colts. Guess Mother Nature has to even it up.

Apologies if this is a duplicate but I don't remember seeing it?

Buena Vista (JPN) gave birth to a King Kamehameha colt on Valentine's Day... <3
