A lot of his antics may have been because he had a rider or knew that was going to happen. It looks like Frank's photographer was squatting when the picture was taken. Maybe that's why he's holding his head lower. Almanzor can come and hide his sorry self behind my barn, poor thing. Some backgrounds are looking pretty good in some cases of these stallion shots but if the subject has a laser sharp outline and the lighting in the background doesn't match; it's distracting. For conformation; I don't really mind a white background except when the outline of the grass the horse was standing in is left behind on the hooves.
