War of Will as a foal and later as a yearling at a sale in Europe. This horse has walked an interesting road.

He was two when he sold at the Arqana Breeze Up sale in 2018, he was an RNA Keeneland September 2017.

It wasn’t until he hit it big that I even knew that the Niarchos family sold any homebreds. But his path was strange... bred in Kentucky by Flaxman/Niarchos, RNA as a yearling for $175,000, shipped across the pond (dont know if he was broke there or here), sold at in France at Arqana for around $300,000 (which still seems like a low price, given WoW would have been conceived at a $200,000 fee, and he’s from a solid Niarchos family, his dam being half to Spinning World).... then back to America... and the rest is history.

I'm sure this was posted at some point, I tried searching for it and didn't see anything but its very possible I missed it.

I know he isn't a racehorse but he hangs out with them many days every week. For all those who love Harley the lead pony, America's Best Racing did an article on him in 2015 which included baby photos.

Thanks for that. Harley in the post parade is one of MY highlights when I'm watching Churchill or Keeneland.
