Grosser Preis von Baden winner Prince Gibraltar will return to his birthplace to stand at the Haras de la Reboursiere et de Montaigu in 2016, after first attempting to add to his Group 1 haul for trainer Jean-Claude Rouget with a return visit to Germany at the beginning of November.

Seeing posted on Facebook - Old Friend's page - that Alphabet Soup arrived to the farm today! Nice picture of him being led from the van. Gosh, my heart still flutters looking at that grand stallion.

Darnit, I came here to see if I could be first. :)

Good lord, he's still a gorgeous beast, though.

Wow...he's what I would call a noble steed, and he still looks like you could ride him into battle. :o

His Daddy, Cozzene, was one of the nicest horses I have ever met. He was like a teddy bear- wonder if his son is like that. Kinda upset that I just missed War Emblem and now Alphabet Soup at Old Friends- but good to know that they are there.

That Shanghai Bobby foal kind of reminds me of a wee donkey. In a cute way.

Quickly scrolling through tweets and glancing at the picture, that was my first thought too. Then I read the tweet, lol. Fuzzy, big ears, very cute.

My first thought was mule.
The ears, the mealy muzzle. He has some serious growing-out-of-the-awkward-stage to do.

I didn't see this posted anywhere but Puissance De Lune (IRE) (Shamardal-Princess Serena, by Unbridled's Song), GSW in Australia, was retired (due to a tendon issue) and is standing his first season at Swettenham Stud in Australia. He won stakes from 1400m-2600m in length.

Here's his page: http://www.swettenham.com.au/#!puissance-de-lune/cwwq
Also a link to his promo video: https://youtu.be/jVmM93jTwXo

Very nice- Princess Serena is a half to Doubles Partner, o/o Serena's Sister- a full to Serena's Song.

Lane's End has purchased an interest in Liam's Map.

Makes sense...he's probably one of the last really good sons of Unbridled's Song, and he has a pretty nice female family.

I hate to say this, because I loved Unbridled's Song...but his sons haven't really been that great at stud. Yet. Hoping one of these newbies (Will Take Charge, Cross Traffic, Graydar, or Liam's Map) can do that.

Bourbon Courage and Imagining to Heritage Stallions in Maryland.
Imagining will stand for $7500 and Bourbon Courage for $5000.
Two fabulous stallion prospects - good female families, tough and durable, good looking, and graded performers.

...and Liam's Map will be retired immediately after the Dirt Mile. Honor Code is also done after the Classic.
