Haven't seen many Tapit foal announcements, or announcements that a mare will go to him. His book must be pretty limited + falling out of fashion.

I wonder why. He bred 100 mares last year, maybe Gainesway are limiting his book cause he is getting older (how is he already 23?!)
The only other "big names" that had less mares than him last year are Ghostzapper (74) and War Front (70).

Claiborne IIRC has always limited War Front's book, and I think he's had some fertility issues.

Starting in, iirc 2018, they began limiting his book to 125 mares and said that they would reduce that number further as he aged, depending on his health.

Foal wise, if he kept up his live foal % of the past couple years he might have 70 foals this year. That isn't many to report on compared to stallions who cover 200-300 mares. And they probably dropped his book even more because he is getting up there. I'm not sure if he was syndicated, I know Winchell kept a large ownership stake in him. The farms that probably have access are the ones that don't share breeding plans, or only say if the mare is newly retired. Here is another one. :)
