No. We are still waiting for news on him and Preservationist. I'm pretty sure it was Red River Farm in Louisiana that was mentioned by someone on here for Coal Front, I haven't been able to find anything searching. He isn't on their site and I checked https://www.louisianabred.com/ to see if he is on the 2025 Louisiana Stallion Directory but they haven't released that yet either.

Did some digging. With zero word from Spendthrift and Red River I found Coal Front. Granted Spendthrift generally doesn't announce where there stallions are off to.

Very nice addition to California. I would really like to see this one succeed at stud. It's difficult to find any stallion that is out of a Salt Lake mare.
I wanna do bad things with you.

He does not, but he may be in quarantine or something of the sort before being shipped off. We probably won't get more info until he pops up on a foreign registry next year.

My wording is probably going to come off sounding harsh. But what country would be interested in him?
-not sure which countries are after which bloodlines

I know Japan and to an extent Korea have been getting alot of US horses.

I could see Korea, Saudi Arabia, the Philippines, or perhaps even Russia picking him up. I've started working on a project to figure out what American-bred stallions are standing worldwide, so I'll be checking regularly to see if I can figure out where he's heading.

On that note, does anyone know where Summer Front, West Coast, and Itsmyluckyday are?

G2W Aesop's Fables (No Nay Never × How's She Cuttin', by Shinko Forest) will stand at Starfield Stud in Ireland for €6,500.

He finished third in the Prix de l'Abbaye (G1) and Breeders' Cup Turf Sprint (G1).

Could really be anywhere. I would guess Saudi Arabia or South Korea. I just don't see South America because their breeding season would be over by the time he got there and cleared quarantine. The Kris S. stallion line is popular in Japan but idk if he did enough to interest Japan.

West Coast was Ecuador. https://www.horse-racing-forum.com/foru ... 55#p303055
Summer Front went to Panama last year sometime. He didn't stand in the US in 2024.
Itsmyluckyday sold through some online auction for 41k last December. He had a RMB submitted this year but it was late so he doesn't show up on the list to see where he stood but its somewhere that submits to the Jockey Club.

Edit to fix West Coast's country. I thought was Chile but was Ecuador.

When is the last time Russia has purchased an established stallion from North America?

The only one I can think of was Candy Boy...but he was already owned by Russian connections and was not an established sire. Same with Cool Cowboy.

They recently purchased Geniale (Deep Impact), Royal Word (Wootton Bassett), and Hot Seat (Unbridled's Song) from Scandinavian connections I believe.

I can't think of one in a while, but I remember reading a (very roughly translated) Russian article about local breeders looking for new stallions.

PedigreeQuery (which yes I take with a grain of salt) says It'sMyLuckyDay as of 2023 was in Wyoming.
