Irony in his name, as he'll be literally feeling the burn with what they'll subject him to.Akitaperson wrote: ↑Wed Oct 23, 2024 9:49 pm So he's probably going to cover close to 300 mares his first season at stud, depending on what kind of monster book he covers at winstar first
I wanna do bad things with you.

Wow this photo of Larrupin is rough, whoever took it did a number on his noggin. It looks like a bad crop or photo shop job

The photo is from the 1999 TB Times Stallion Directory and its high gloss and his head is toward the middle of the book. So it is hard to get a good pic, I tried to show you what it should look like. Though I couldn't get a great pic either.

Masar is on the move from Dalham Hall to Sunnyhill Stud in Ireland. Sunnyhill has had success turning former Darley horses into decent Jumps sires, see: Doyen.
However, another spooky sign in terms of the Derby being a National Hunt stallion making race.
Camelot is the last winner whose fee has done something besides drop every single year since he retired.

Saw that Animal Kingdom is moving to another JBBA station, probably due to the lack of popularity. Hope we still get to see him posted a lot by someone there

Its the same as you said about the Derby winners. They either don't give 12f horses a chance or they dump them fast. It doesn't make sense to think that he would even get 2yo runners. He wasn't a 2yo runner, his only sibling that was a SW at 2 is Shin Emperor. They all got better at 3 and 4.
I don't understand how they think the Derby and the Arc are some of the marquee races in Europe when no one wants to breed to the winners.
