Who are some American racehorses born on SH time? I know Justify and whoever else are breeding some mares on southern hemisphere time, and I wanna know of any horses born in SH time. Thanks :)

Ahh, but are there any American mares being bred on SH time or is it just allowed for SH mares (for ex. from Australia or Chile)?

i'd think only SH mares because it doesn't really make sense for a NH foal to be born on SH time because of age restrictions.

All thoroughbreds that are in the Northern Hemisphere turn 1 on January 1st. One of the farms posted maybe last year or the year before that they foaled out a Southern Hemisphere foal, because the mare was in the US to be bred on SH time. The foal would be sent back to whatever SH country to race. But I feel that is extremely rare that they are ever even foaled out in the US, its normally maiden mares or not in foal mares that are sent to the US to be bred. They are then returned to whatever country to foal out.
