Timber town farm

Just saw on the news (bloodhorse daily) that Timber Town is up for sale. Wonder if its the entire farm or a portion

I'll have to look more but right now it looks like about 1/2. Their site says they own 250 acres and the listing is for 130 acres. Its been on the market for over 3 months. Its the main part of the farm that is for sale but maybe they already sold the other part?

I was wondering what was going on when Whisper Hill created their own Facebook page instead of using Timber Town’s. Also makes sense why they seem to be boarding their mares at Gainesway. Wonder why the farm is for sale?

I was told Groupie Doll is at Gainesway by TimberTown as of last Fall. They did mention they are downsizing a bit and that Ms Pope is splitting her herd at both farms. But Songbird was still there at the time of last email communication.
