We need a little humor this weekend, but I was certainly relieved to see that all foals involved were safe! This is a perfect example to show someone when they ask, "How do horses hurt themselves so much?" He looks a little shocked, but certainly full of himself!

Just above the foal bowling video is this hilarious picture of Thaqaffa with the caption that he has gone into his version of self isolation  :

I saw this and immediately thought of a prior post i made about how horses wake up every day trying to figure out new ways to hurt themselves. And to be honest, the bowling pin foal i'm not sure sure came out 100% unscathed. Any confirmation he/she is okay?

If the bowling ball foal in the video is Thaqaffa, then the video is several years old... so I would guess the person who posted the video is recalling that memory fondly and no horses were harmed.

She was. I have seen so many people on Twitter asking how horses can hurt themselves so much, and that was a perfect example! We see so many claims of "paddock accidents," so I thought that was a cute example of it.
