Alriiiight, I've grown tired of searching LOL
Can anyone identify this stallion, or the farm? This is not Sadler's Wells, and obviously not Coolmore.
He looks very familiar, but I can't for the life of me place him. Shame the legs are partially amputated....
Who is it?

I try to put up with farms' insistence on Photoshopping out lead lines, but why is his tail 'shopped? And so clumsily?

Looks to me like his tail had some hairs blowing onto his hindquarters and legs and for some reason they didn't have a better shot to use for confirmation. You can see a "is that a vein or a scar?" type line extending from the base of his tail around and just inward of the outline of his rump & quarters. And further down where it's pretty obviously pasted-in-grass between tail and leg, there are light brown diagonals on the leg just above the hock that look like they didn't bother to color out the tail hairs that had been in front of the leg.
Something I noticed when I did a reverse image search - that exact picture with the legs cropped was used on a couple of obituaries for Sadler's Wells. It's close enough to him, and the obituaries tied it to him, such that Google images tells me the picture IS most likely Sadler's Wells.
