I see a new feature is going on, the handicappers have a bankroll keeping track of their bets.
Any idea how it works?
I just saw that Andy has $3,500 in the bank and is betting $50 to win in the 7th race.
Thanks for any clues as to how it works.

Only 2 or 3 participate in the little internal contest they have going. Laffit and Greg are not in, and I don't think that Tom or Rajiv are either. The two main players are JK and Andy. The one I'm not sure about is Mig. I don't remember whether he’s involved or not.
Anyway, they started out last weekend with a mythical opening bankroll of $4K and whoever ends up with the most money at the end of closing day wins. I don't think they do pick-3 thru 6, but I have seen them play doubles. All other vertical wagers are OK. Pretty simple stuff but kind of fun to watch and follow along with.

I've found it easier to tear up tickets at 8/1 instead of 8/5.

According to my Spectrum guide, FS1 picks racing up again at 12:30PT. Why they decided to take a 90 minute hiatus is anybody guess!
The Spectrum guide shows no racing coverage at all on FS2 today.

Arthur's Ride went to the front in the JCGC, but this time he faded in the middle of the stretch. Highland Falls pressed Arthur throughout, and then went on to win.
