Unfortunately, for me this just isn't a playable wager. If you're going to jump into the pool, you have to be shooting for at least one significant price, and I can't make a decent case against either Forte Dei Marmi or Wise Dan. Only 2 of the runners in the Northern Dancer haven't been handled easily by Forte Dei Marmi in the last 2 months, and they're 2-for-9 3yo Stormy Len and 20/1 outsider Turkish. Then Wise Dan is, well, Wise Dan and he scared everyone away. I guess you could single both and go relatively deep in the other two legs, but for me it doesn't make much sense to tie up wagering dollars for 90 minutes with a wager that could well pay very minimally, unless you try to beat one (or both) favorites.

You were spot on. Pick 4 paid $90.oo
