does anyone have pictures of #506 (Into Mischief — From the Hood) who just RNA'd at the Fasig-Tipton sale for $170,000? kinda shocked at the "low" price (even by this sale's standards) given her sire and female family. making me wonder, does she look horrible or is her vetting even worse???

Tarifa, a Bernardini filly, won her debut at Keeneland a few days ago by almost 7 lengths. Her 2nd dam is a full sister to Tiznow!

That would be Tizdubai! While not as successful as her brother, Tizdubai was a $950,000 yearling and won the Sorrento (G3).

Cee’s Song was a wonderful broodmare...Didn’t Budroyale win a few stakes? I don’t realize that Cee’s Song was by Seattle Song, an underrated turf son of Slew

Love Bernardini fillies...there won’t be many more, so hopefully she’s a good one !

From the Racing Post morning bloodstock newsletter:

Hallowed, a colt from the penultimate crop of late sire phenomenon Galileo out of six-time US Grade 1 winner Abel Tasman, catches the eye making his debut for Aidan O'Brien in the seven-furlong maiden at Dundalk today (3.30). His owners Coolmore paid a cool $5 million for the dam at the Keeneland January Sale in 2019.

ETA: also in the race is Greenfinch, by Justify out of MG1W and G1-producer Misty For Me.

Ultra Power (Curlin x Unique Bella) makes his turf debut in the Golden Mile tomorrow.
Trained by Bob Baffert, Ultra Power will start on turf and at a mile for the first time after winning his second start in a maiden race at seven furlongs on Sept. 24 at Los Alamitos.

“I want to stretch him out,” Baffert said. “It’s more of an experiment, and it gives him some two-turn experience.”

Chart made him sound fine. Maybe he hated the turf? Curlin's aren't exactly known for loving for that.
