Weemissfrankie(USA)(dual G1 winner) by Sunriver(USA), won the G3 Procyon Stakes 1400m dirt wire-to-wire at Chukyo, July 9th 2023.
The sixth foal of Weeemissfrankie became her first group winner and the heaviest weighted group winner in JRA history with 594 kilograms!

Kiss For Luck (Accelerate), half-sister to champion Vequist and SP Mainstay, is entered in the (G3) Schuylerville Stakes. Mainstay was second in the same race in 2021. All three fillies (and their dam, Vero Amore) have been trained by Robert Reed, Jr.

Good Guess, 2020 colt (Kodiac - Zykina, by Pivotal) won the G1 Haras d'Etreham Prix Jean Prat at Deauville over Chaldean. His 2nd dam is CH/MG1 Russian Rhythm.

Same was happy to see her in his lines, especially since she died pretty young at 14 from colic.

Yuttitham finished fourth in the Japan Dirt Derby (JPN-L) at Ohi Racecourse.
He is by Justify o/o G1W Zipessa (by City Zip).
I think the race is considered listed overall but a G1 in that circuit of racing.

Justify has a nice 2yo: City of Troy won the Superlative S (G2) at Newmarket by open lengths. He’s out of G1W Together Forever.
ETA: He won by 6.5L.

2yo f Opera Singer (Justify - Liscanna) broke her maiden at Leopardstown today. She is a half-sister to G1Ws Brave Anna and Hit It A Bomb (both by War Front).

I get naming them something Julia in honor of the broodmare, but honestly, I liked Malathaat more than the others.

Dreaming of Julia is named after one of the Jackson daughters and it looks like they are naming the mare's daughters on that same theme. Not sure where the "Justice" part comes in, as her bio states she has a bachelor's degree and works for the family wine business. There are a number of lawyers in that family, but it doesn't appear she's one of them. Maybe she's into social justice work?

Spirit of St. Louis wins his second consecutive race on the turf and looked good doing it. There are mentions of trying a stakes race in his next start.
He's o/o Khancord Kid and a half-sister to Breeder's Cup champion Bar of Gold.
