I hope that sets up Stradivarius nicely for the Gold Cup.

Camelot has a serious Derby contender in English King who easily won the Lingfield Derby Trial today:

Earlier, Miss Yoda won the Lingfield Oaks Trial after getting an awful start and running greenly. She is by Sea the Stars:

English King was dead impressive - looked an absolute beast when he came to the line. He and the second were a fair way clear as well!
The filly did a lot wrong but made it right, I thought the second ran an absolute corker as well - plus both second and third were by Golden Horn (personal favourite <3 )

Just how good is Ghaiyyath? Sets a new course record in winning by a sizeable margin.

English King was also very impressive with a good time; he's also a very handsome colt.

The only horse to really close down at all at Newmarket this weekend and he got slightly stopped about a furlong out! Very impressive!

I don't know what Qatar Racing pays David Redvers, but after he picked up a Horse of the Year for $160,000 and a 2,000 Guineas winner for $90,000 at KEESEPT, he may need a raise. For an operation that has literally all the money in the world, those are some shrewd finds.

It really speaks to how undervalued Kitten's Joy is in the states, especially at yearling sales.

Also what a coweenkidink they're both sons of Kitten's Joy.

Bet they'll be buying many more in the future.

When was the last time they didn’t get one of them?
She’s a lovely filly but I wonder if some of them further back in the field will turn the tables on her later in the season?

Lmao wow. Roger Marley's daughters guarding Kameko's 3/4 sister (by Big Blue Kitten) with air rifles. The filly is quite pretty and closely resembles her dad.

Since 2010, they've owned 6 out of 11 winners. One wasn't trained by Aidan O'Brien(2015). They didn't win in 2010, 2011, 2013, 2014, or 2018.
