Tanino Frankel (JPN) - Frankel x Vodka (JPN) won at 2000m today at Hanshin... very, VERY easily.

Wow ! TANINO FRANKEL (Frankel x Vodka) has absolutely annihilated his oppositions just at the moment at Hanshin, Japan. @LongBallToNoOne

Made every post a winning one and never looked like getting caught. Another winner for the mighty FRANKEL @JuddmonteFarms
Tanino Frankel improved his record to 7-2-1-2 with today's stylish victory. 8-)
He will need another win in the stakes company to earn his spot in the upcoming Japanese Derby.
Tanino Frankel’s 2017 full brother Seven Pockets broke his maiden today at Wolverhampton in his third start. He last raced in July.

The 9th at Gulfstream, a 1-mile MSW for 3yo, includes Touch Code (Honor Code x Caressing) and Granlusso (Street Sense x Cambiocorsa). Favorite is Charge It (Tapit x I'll Take Charge).
ETA: EASY win for Charge It. Stakes probably next for the Pletcher-trained, Mandy Pope-owned Tapit colt.

Nest won the Demoiselle (G2) at Aqueduct today.
Andd Nest takes the Suncoast Stakes by six lengths! She's a very classy filly; that pedigree shines through.

They’ve had a couple blue blooded homebreds break their maidens lately. Hopefully some go on to get some blacktype eventually.

I had this exact thought. Here are a few recent winners, for anyone else who's curious!

Tap for Me (Tapit x Groupie Doll)
Doll Baby (Tapit x Groupie Doll)
Charge It (Tapit x I'll Take Charge, half to Will Take Charge, Take Charge Indy)
Grand Sonata (Medaglia d'Oro x A.P. Sonata) - he broke his maiden in 2021, but both of his starts this year have been stake wins.

Grass also is in the future for notable Santa Anita maiden Got Thunder, the beaten favorite in three starts on dirt, including in a race last week. The $750,000 Arrogate colt is a sibling to multiple Grade 1 turf winner Heart to Heart. Got Thunder’s trainer John Sadler said, “I’m going to put him on turf.”

She was pulled up while on the lead.

Wonder who will do surgery? Bramlage or someone local at the vet school?

I would trust whoever did The Player's surgery there. That was a success.
