Triple Tap, 2018 colt (Tapit - Littleprincessemma, by Yankee Gentleman) makes his debut in race 2 at SA on Saturday. full to G1 Chasing Yesterday and 1/2 to American Pharoah. Kind of interesting as the race is for 3+, there is a 4yo gelding and a 4yo filly entered, along with 2 other 3yo colts.

Missy P., 2018 filly (Into Mischief - Greer Lynn, by Speightstown) makes her debut on Friday at SA in race 4. She is a full sister to G1 Mia Mischief.

Last add Triple Tap.
Mikey has been up for the works but I guess this is one of those days where he only rides in stakes races because he doesn't know how to whip. Prat gets the call Saturday.

As Time Goes By (American Pharoah - Take Charge Lady, by Dehere) is making her stakes debut against Swiss Skydiver in the G1 Beholder Mile today at SA (race 8). She is Take Charge Lady's last foal. 1/2 to Will Take Charge, Take Charge Indy, etc.

Just got a look at Triple Tap walking around the Santa Anita saddling barn. A very handsome, glossy chestnut...but kind of chonky. :o
Maybe he's just a Big Boi...or maybe he needs a wee bit more fitness?

He looked good though, jockey handrode him I think.

Strong win in decent time and nice gallop out. Looks much more like Emma than Pharoah- Wonder where he goes next?

The more I watch Santa Anita races these days, the more scripted they appear.

She was a very good second. I think there is some ability there.

Agreed. Swiss Skydiver was much the best but As Time Goes By easily glided home in 2nd, really eyecatching.

Looked like As Time Goes By galloped out well, too.

Didn't see this mentioned anywhere but per the Bloodhorse:
Bears Watching, a half brother to grade 1 winner Code of Honor, also found his way to the winner's circle, taking a seven-furlong maiden test for 3-year-olds by 7 3/4 lengths Saturday at Gulfstream Park in his second start.
There's a picture here too; he shares little resemblance to his half-brother.
