Wait I just noticed the bottom half of that article. I'm not familiar with Danny Brewer, but I want to study him under a microscope.

I've found it easier to tear up tickets at 8/1 instead of 8/5.

Show Me the Money!
I'm a little concerned how Barry Abrams got a vote?
And I thought Jon White retired from horse racing?
I hear with mail in voting anything is possible. I think Charlie Whittingham and Laz Barrera voted too.

Jon White is retired from working for any racetrack or for any media company, either print or broadcast, so he doesn't any longer write articles or commentaries for publication nor will he make any compensated appearances on camera or on radio. He's no longer even making his weekly stints on Steve Byk's radio show, though I'm not sure he was ever paid for those to begin with.

He does, however, have long-standing involvement in important voting organizations, and I can't imagine that retiring from working media relationships would require that he give up those associations as well. Not only does he vote in the weekly NTRA polls, but he is also an Eclipse Award voter, casts votes for the Hall Of Fame, and sits on the nominating committee for the Hall Of Fame as well.

I'm not surprised to see his name turn up on the NTRA voter roll at all. ☺️

An assistant in the Pletcher barn perhaps?
