Five Palms, by UBS x Ema Bovary (Chi), a multiple spring GSW, passed his first allowance condition nicely Thursday at Santa Anita. He's now 2 for 3 with a placing. He only cost $80,000 and didn't start until fall of 2013 at 3, so he must not have been the prettiest UBS, but he is developing well.
I ran marathons. I saw the Taj Mahal by Moonlight. I drove Highway 1 in a convertible. I petted Zenyatta.

Good to hear...love the Midnight Lutes, and he could join Shakin It Up as good four-year-olds for ML. And both in Baffert's barn, I believe?

Shakin It Up and Govenor Charlie are brothers in blood. Same sire, bred to two daughters of the champion Silverbulletday. Too bad she's been such a disappointment. Seeing as how she isn't getting any younger, I'd like to see them use someone other than Midnight Lute, or any other Pegram owned stallions. I do have faith it'll work. All her talent skipped a generation, and it looks like her daughters are passing it on
