She's out of Holy Grace, by Holy Bull. I feel like I've been seeing the 'Bull's name as the broodmare sire of a number of stakes winners (like Caravaggio) lately. Love seeing his influence continue like this.

Bull is one of the reasons I was rooting for her to win. :)
He's also the BM sire of yet another horse I quite like and had a lot of promise early on and is off to an interesting start at stud... Cairo Prince.

Zarkava's son by Dubawi finally makes good on his early promise by landing his first group I.

Like his dam, Zarak is a 12F horse! :D
I hope he will do well in the Arc.

Well, there's still time to breed her this year.

At Prairie Meadows:

Iron Fist
won the Cornhusker (gr. III) -- he's a full brother to G2 winner Anchor Down and a half to G1 winner Sweet Lulu.

Union Jackson won the Iowa Sprint -- he's by Curlin out of G1 winner Hot Dixie Chick.

Union Jackson? :?

IIRC, he finished fourth. Not an embarrassing finish, but maybe he needs to step back from G1 races and get some more foundation under his girth.
