Both Tarifa and Intricate were in my “horses to watch” list, so it was nice to see them come home 1-2.

Kathleen O returns in the 8th at Gulfstream

Finished off the board it's time to hang her shoes up. But it was a sprint so maybe she can improve but I doubt it

Is Nest racing this year? I thought I saw an article about her racing at 5 but can’t find it now.

Supposedly. Once since the sale I saw him say on Twitter that she was on break in Ocala and then would be going to Palm Beach Downs, I can't find that now. However people have asked about her and he doesn't answer.

Ok thanks. I suppose she’ll have a summer/fall campaign similar to last year.

Hopefully not another setback like last year. Maybe just needs some time to round back into racing fitness.

Fiona's Magic (St Patrick's Day x Mollie's Magic) just won the G2 Davona Dale for 3yo fillies at Gulfstream. I'm really pleased to see American Pharoah's little brother sire such a nice filly.

She is back in training with a goal of a race in June or July.

Idiomatic posts a work at Fair Grounds going 3F in 36.40 yesterday - Cox aiming for the La Troienne with her.
Wet Paint worked 3F in 39.20 at Fair Grounds on the 4th - no race named for her.

Sparkle Blue won the Hillsborough S (G2) at Tampa Bay Downs over Aspen Grove and Fluffy Socks. Her jock set pedestrian fractions (25/52/1:17/1:41) and she had enough left in the tank to hold on. Aspen Grove ran well in her first race since October.
